Residential Services
Preventative Maintenance $89
Maintenance includes:
Tighten electrical connections, measure refrigerant level, observe full AC cycle.
Clean outside coils. Check condensate drain line, dust contactors & capacitors, check amp draws on compressor.
Preventative Maintenance "PLUS" $189
Maintenance includes the above plus:
Inside Attic: examine the furnace, capacitors on blower motor, inspect coils.
Note: inside coils should not need to be cleaned if filters are changed quarterly.
Preventative Maintenance $125 Package Unit
Maintenance includes:
On roof, tighten electrical connections, measure refrigerant level, observe full AC cycle.
Clean outside coils. Check condensate drain line, dust contactors & capacitors, check amp draws on compressor.
Inside Coil Cleaning
Price will be given based on size of coil
Commercial Services
Preventative COMMERCIAL Maintenance $225
Check & tighten electrical connectons, measure refrigerant levels, observe full A/C cycle. Check condensate drain lines, dust contactors and capacitors, check amp draws on electrical motors, examine control boards, inspect inside coils. NOTE: if inside coils need cleaning, a price will be give based on size of coil and amount of cleaning fluid needed.
We are happy to install commercial filters if provided. Otherwise, 2" filters can be purchased prior to or during appointment by AC Fix, LLC at customers expense.
